artist market recap

Artist Market success!

We had a great spot directly in front of the door so nearly everyone who walked in was greeted with a whole bunch of onesies. We had a good number of sales, passed out TONS of info, may be selling in another store soon (woohoo!) and met lots of other cute little babies.

I also learned some valuable pieces of info that will be helpful for the next market and any other show we might be apart of. First off, the bargain bin was a great idea and people loved picking up some slight irregulars for only $5. I also need to figure out a better credit card system so if people don't have cash on hand they can still pay with a card. We used paypal for cards today, but it takes awhile and if the buyer doesn't have a paypal account it makes it tough. So...I'm really happy with the results and it was awesome to hear so many encouraging words and compliments about the designs. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who came out!!

Selling onesies is exhausting stuff. This little guy had to take a snooze mid-way through the day...

Also, a big thanks to Kyle for helping me set-up and baby watching/helping me all day, Bo and Carrie for watching Connor in the morning and also to G'Pops for building the stand!

  3. Glad it was such a success!! So sorry I had to miss it-I was
booked with brides all day solid and couldn't sneak away. In regards to the cc issue-there is a service you can get to run ccs through an iPhone..might be worth looking into!
